Business groups urge Carney government to retain foreign workers already here

I feel like over the years we’ve become dependent on the idea of cheap immigration labor to keep our businesses in towns going. I think it’s smart to move away from that and force the towns to either find new ways to attract people and retain them or admit that they’re not financially viable
