      My bro in-law is one of my favourite people, he’ll turn up to birthdays, general celebration’s and get togethers and just vanish at some point and we’re all just like “yup, he’s done now!” It’s just nice to see him!

      Unless you are there with someone else who is driving and not read to call it yet. But I’ll usually step outside for a while or something.

      Of course. For not friends or family I usually wouldn’t even make the effort of going into a social setting where this becomes a problem.

    For the people that need to hear it:

    You can leave, and you can tell them those exact words.

    You just don’t think your friends and family will understand, and don’t ask yourself why you would care if they didn’t care about your happiness.
