Tbh, at first they did not resonate much to me. But I knew that I was listening something very out of the ordinary and just had the feeling that I had to explore it. I wouldn’t sat that AdP are quintessential to me, but they definitely are something worth listening to. Just for fun, and awkwardness. So I’m liking it more and more :D
Agreed, it’s not often that bands (with general appeal) dare make music that take their listeners out of their comfort zone. AdP may be a gateway drug for some people, and just a novelty for others. Either way, good on you for trying something out of the ordinary!

I wasn’t super impressed at first listen, but I’m glad if AdP can open a larger audience to weirdo math rock and Middle Eastern influences.
