It’s a comedic farce scenario where T’Pring’s parents are visiting to assess his worthiness prior to their betrothed wedding. He just so happens to have been turned human mistakenly by aliens and must “Meet the Parents” his way through the evening.
Oh right, I actually have seen that one, my bad.
All good. Oddly, I’d normally find this Ben Stiller-esque humor painfully cringy, but it works here.
