Can someone explain to me how this isn’t fraud?

Also, didn’t they forge his signature?

Oh it likely is, try to get the Republicans to do anything about a Republican doing it though.

Seems even McConnell’s staff is incapable of serving the people of Kentucky. Hopefully they’ll remember at the ballot box that the GOP was more interested in serving itself than their constituents.

Let’s say they do confirm it after, is that not blatant election interference? I know laws mean little right now, but they don’t have to in 5 months.

I expect the spin will be, “He had been improving steadily for weeks, but today (coincidentally August 3), he suffered a massive stroke/cardiac arrest (pick one), and sadly, the doctors were unable to revive him.”

An autospy would be able to tell when he died, and likely the age of injuries if they’d been keeping his corpse fresh from whatever has vegetablized him.

He’s probably on life support as long ass necessary. I would fully expect his care plans to include doing whatever it takes to fuck the people over.

Spokesperson Robert Steurer, 59, who has worked on McConnell’s team for more than two decades, refused to answer questions from independent journalist Nicholas Ballasy on two separate occasions on Wednesday.

Ballasy uploaded video of both encounters to X. The latest features Steurer, who stands to earn more than $226,000 this year from his role on McConnell’s team, simply walking away from the camera as Ballasy asks about a possible video statement from his boss.

    Ballasy move.

Doctors have since said that the senator is “not yet medically cleared” to leave rehab.

He’ll be right back after he recovers from this quick bout of death

They already won whatever stupid game they were playing. The Republicans ALWAYS win the delay game. They wanted to delay until August 3rd or whatever the exact date is they needed to pass and July is essentially over, so they won. None of this matters anymore.

It actually matters more and more until the deadline for a special election has passed. Then it matters for another day or two in case Kentucky decides to hold a special election anyway. THEN it stops mattering when they never do.

Only person tight-lipped here is Mitch. Probably harder to move lips when you are deceased.

The team has no spine like GOP. Nothing to do with lips.
