The puff piece downplays the lies Geller has told over the past several decades

Oh for fuck’s sake… Randi wrote an entire book on what a fraud he is and exposed him on live TV on the Carson show. What more do they want?

Short memories and sorry attention spans.

The amount of effort Randi put into debunking and cleaning up Geller’s mess made him a personal hero. He’d probably sigh and understand, but he should be rolling in his grave.

I didn’t know Segal’s byline from Adam’s before today, but he made a list.

You’re right, but it’s so infuriating.

This article was so strange. Basically, “Sure he’s a fraud—but the important thing is that he really gets the people going.”

My understanding is that Geller had/has a lot of influential people in his corner.

Uhg. We ought to avoid wasting time with such obvious frauds.

Geller was less a fraud than a very dedicated character actor that only did one role.

He made money off of people who believed he had abilities he did not have. That is fraud.
