No. It’s called language. All food/drinks originate from one place or another; there’s no reason to call the product something different just because it is made elsewhere. The EU are the ones demanding other countries “give it a totally different name” here, otherwise misleading and anti-consumer words like ‘bubbly’ (champagne), ‘apera’ (sherry), ‘dolce rosso’ (lambrusco), ‘tawny’ (port) etc wouldn’t exist.
It doesn’t matter anyway. Australia ‘agreed’ to change the above names years ago. Fortunately, despite the change in labelling, it hasn’t caught on. Law can’t dictate human language and people still call the products by their actual names.

Regardless, I make an active judgement call to avoid products that go by the ‘real’ name whenever Australia is forced to these agreements. I never used to care where my Champagne came from, now if the label says ‘Champagne’, then I know it’s a Champagne I do not want.

Yep, this is me. I’m currently using an old Nobara kernel… Because the latest kernel install (w/dependencies) completely fucked up everything and I honestly cba wasting any more time troubleshooting (tldr Wayland is NOT ready for production).
Just waiting till the motivation hits so I can do a complete rebuild. Mint is at the top of my list—it just works.
Edit: should add, one good thing Nobara does is that it keeps previous kernels installed, so that if they fuck things up (and they do), you can just select a previous kernel when booting.

Nuance has meaning. While I don’t agree with the political statement the reviewer was making, it is not the same statement OP was accusing them of (though by implication, the reviewer likely does hate muslims).
This isn’t the Oxford comma where genuine misunderstandings are unlikely—using quotes incorrectly is dishonest. It isn’t pedantry to look at a quote and take it to be a direct attribution.

It isn’t just text books where quotes are used. People understand quotation marks to mean they are direct quotes. Using them incorrectly in this manner is dishonest.
