I mix bleach with baking soda into a paste for the hard to clean bits. That way you can apply it more thoroughly and just wipe it off with soapy hot water.

My suppliers tell me anytime a competitor asks to increase the payment terms. One large co. requires a net 1 year on the parts they order now. The system is cracking.
