Why is she barking? Correct that behaviour and I bet 80% of people would stop treating you and your dog like a threat. If a dog barks at me, I leave. It tells me the owner hasn’t spent the time training them and that the dog doesn’t want me there.

But hateful people of all types are always way louder than the rest of us. And yes, lots of propaganda and legitimate fears will push some into the wrong. But I’m betting, just like the general population, the Jewish population is mostly good. All the ones I know and associate with certainly are.

The headline is doing exactly that. My first reaction was “of course some asshole is, probably a conservative.” And then I clued into the photo and recognized the buffoon. If I wasn’t a Canadian, or didn’t have the picture, or maybe wasn’t good with faces, I would have scrolled by not realizing the idiot in question iis the leader of the Conservative Party.

A responsible headline would have said that. It might as well have said “A random white guy from Canada is openly spreading propaganda.” I mean it’s a true headline right? Not misleading at all.

Canadian working in film and television here. I’m working for an American company, half the executives fly in weekly to lord over us, and I’m pretty sure the director and writer are American. And some of the cast.

Like every other threat Trump has made, it’s going to hurt Americans as much if not more, but I guess if it hurts Canadians even a little than it’s all worth it.

A show my partner finished production on that apparently the producers decided was “too sad” for their brand. It’s the first time either of us has been on a show that finished production (at least shooting side) and never made it. Few times we’ve started on a show and 3 weeks into prep it gets cancelled before the camera showed up.

It still might get shopped around or whatever, I don’t know how these things happen.
