  • Generally speaking, if they’re receptive to friendship, simply stating that you want to be their friend is the quick and hard way to break the ice. That probably will tell you what you need to know about that being a possibility.

Of course, if things were that simple it wouldn’t be an issue. The problem anyone here is going to have is a distinct lack of context into the life which you are leading, the setting in which you find yourself thinking that this other people is premium friend material, or your general societal/social group pressures.

As for the usual method that some people use to make friends, the main one that tends to work quite well is to share some kind of hobby/passion/time sink. From that I’ve seen in your previous posts, I’ve put together some semblance of an understanding on kind of where you are in life right around now. I don’t know the reason for changing schools, but I’m hoping it wasn’t based on trauma.

I don’t know your situation, and I’m really not trying to. The first thing I would do to work towards a friend is to check with your school for clubs or afterschool activities that will put you with people who are roughly interested in the same kind of things and work from there. Based on what little I skimmed through in your previous posts, a computer club, or something involving music, whether that’s a band or just “music appreciation”. That’s of course, assuming that you have the ability to do things after school and don’t have restrictions on your time what would otherwise change that.

  • I don’t think every single game needs whatever innovation creative directors like to talk about means.

Pod racer as a franchise will do well as long as it has:

    • customization
    • good visuals that span the star wars universes diverse locations
    • immersive sound design
    • easter eggs/lore stuff in the levels
    • reactive controls that aren’t bogged down by superfluous alternate systems
    • some way to mess with the other racers that isn’t actual weaponry
    • courses with plenty of alternate paths and potential interactibles, which may or may not be environmental hazards

and I hope they get away from the known racers. Yes, I know the episode 1 racers are iconic. Please don’t make them the entire actual cast. They can maybe show up as special guests, secret ghosts, or course bosses.

I’d like to see a method of “aiming” the engines, which could be like a fine control for cornering, or potentially an environmental trigger effect. Aim the engines down while going over sand/snow/water/dust? Make a plume of that material to obfuscate the course for those behind you. Aim them at a brittle looking wall while passing it to collapse it, or send bits of rubble to pelt anyone close enough behind you. Of course, its main should probably be air control and being able to move engine location for those tight fit areas we know are going to be a mainstay.

While I myself am not (currently) poly, I do a few friends who are. From my experiences and those of said friends the hardest part of balancing the relationships is exactly that. Balance. I only ever went from one to two as I know myself well enough to know that if I expanded any further than that I’d start slipping on keeping up with people. My closest friend who is poly has 3, sometimes 4 people, and those people are with others who are not the same group. It’s kind of a web of people.

  • Streaming is free and easy to get into. Spend some time trying it out to see if it’s something you want to do. Will you have a ton of viewers? Probably not. But if you have a schedule and stick to it decently, you can build a community. It may never grow to something huge, but you’ll get a few folks who will check in regularly.

And here I’m wondering what he used for the enema vessel. Hydrochloric acid absolutely wrecks plastic in no time at all, it does significant damage to metals fairly quickly as well. I’m going to assume it was glass.
