My sense of direction is usually pretty good. If I’m distracted I’ll get turned around fairly easily but it’s not hard for me to figure out where I accidentally went.

To add on for anyone who is lazy like me, the thing where Google summarizes says California has classified bees as fish under an environmental protection act. According to the first result (Reddit) it’s because fish is a catch all term in that law. Instead of listing all the animals they just use fish. Because fish,bees, and the other animals are all invertebrates.

Now whoever reads this has three Lemmy comments, a reddit thread reference, and an ai overview reference as some solid sources

I love that game but absolutely suck at timing dodges/counters. Almost every fight I restart because I forget or screw up the enemy patterns.

Are the books worth a read? I get kind of sad watching red dwarf now because my life has changed a lot since I discovered the show. But the show is excellent and wish I knew people in real space who could appreciate it.

I played the crap out of recettear and the guild so I’d be fine with either. I haven’t even thought of those games in a long time. But I need to check this game out even if it’s not like them.

Reading comprehension is incredibly important. Bullshit filter also sorely needed. I get very frustrated when I see people falling for obvious false information. I’ve been shown AI videos that are clearly fake but they believe it.

I think my favorite are conspiracy theories who won’t believe something backed with like, facts, but will believe this 30 seconds tik Tok from someone they don’t know quoting someone they also don’t know.
