In a way it sorta did. Not directly obviously but if you look at the history of bitcoin, its first truly viable use was darknet markets. After getting established as the currency there, it proved it could work and banks n all started buying it, so it was the weed that did it in a way

I feel like cigs on prescription is a fast way to get an oxy-like black market. You’d have people faking prescriptions to sell those cigs most likely to people who smoke more than the doctor wants them to or js children. Denmark is an example of a country which banned disposables yet a lot of teens still vape there they js buy em from dealers instead of stores thus increasing the danger for them

So ud genuinely rather non smokers die than let smokers get medical care? I feel like I have to be reading this wrong thats a bit psychopathic to admit that once someones smokes u actively dislike them so much ud be okay w collateral damage to prevent them getting medical care

I suppose i wouldnt oppose a ban like that in theory, but because doctors rnt omniscient, in practice, you’d end up with either, smokers not being treated for illnesses completely unrelated to their smoking, or non smokers not being treated because doctors think its related to smoking. I mean how could u tell for 100% certain someone is a smoker, I can bet theres smokers out there w still perfectly white teeth etc and non smokers whos lungs r black from car exhausts. Is it really worth letting a non smoker die js because you dont wanna pay for the smoker too? Its hardly like people r gonna be honest abt smoking when they won’t get free healthcare for it

I dont agree w her not vaccinating but to a degree its the other way around. Medication introduces a new selection pressure on pathogens thus causing them to become more resistant. As the other person said, rest, hydration and nutrients r all thats needed in most cases, and overactive measures are bad. its good to be cautious but not overly so to the point u take antibiotics for every single infection (unless ur doctors told u to).

Sure that works for me but last time I tried medicating w caffeine I ended downing monsters basically constantly I even js fell asleep a few times so its def not like I’m being sped up if u think the issue is js w nonster and not caffeine whenever I used coffee well shit idk how much I drank but atleast a few litres sized bottles a day with js good ole stimulants 1 pill thats me set for the day.

I’ve had people attempt to Rob me in my own home, had bricks thrown in my window for literally no reason and had attepted night burglaries. Basically, I live in a rough area and I’d genuinely be suprised if someone stole an electric car charger. I’ve left much more valuable things outside by accident without them being stolen.

Ask someone who lives closer and pay the extra it’s what I’d do
