In Urdu, official language of Pakistan, Burger boy is a slang term for someone who has become too westernized and considered too white to be part of their society. As far as I’m aware this is a slang term native to Pakistan and it’s not even native to India which share the language. However it doesn’t have any LGBTQ references as far as I’m aware.
