How are you going to enforce taxing on value, the person can just cite whatever value they want for the asset.
Depends on the exact implementation, but sure, you could happily write a version where an initial home loan isn’t hit, and only “top up” loans against the INCREASED value of your home is targeted.
There’s a very good reason they should be taxed; half a dozen people are richer than god, and basically never pay any real amount of tax.
I think a law stating you can’t borrow against unrealized gains would be sensible.
You can keep your unrealized gains forever, live of your dividends for all i care, and pay no tax. But realizing them, either through selling or borrowing against, triggers a taxation.

I do social dance (wcs) as one of my several hobbies. And I kind of compare ot to church now. We go once a week, we do the thing, and we have a community around it, with community leaders.

The answer has multiple layers, on the surface, yes, the “Aryan ideal” was what they strove for, and the picture they put forward was blonde hair and blue eyes. On the surface, it was purely cosmetic, you had those features you were probably the Aryan ideal.

You were pure if you stayed in line and supported the cause, and the threat of being found not pure was used to keep people in line. The threat of the secret police, was the threat of them turning up to whisk you, or your loved ones, away, at even the merest hint of dissidence.
By the end of the war, everyone knew someone who knew someone who had at least been questioned, if not disapeared.
To “pure” citizens? No. They weren’t a threat.
But they also decided who the pure citizens were.
