I’m doing bicalutamide for my antiboyotic right now, my only two complaints are that I have to piss all the time (but I’m not dehydrated as long as I drink a decent amount) and my libido is shot, but im gonna talk to my endo about trying progesterone next time I see him, which should hypothetically fix the second one, plus bigger tiddies?

I’m a little over 2 months in to my HRT and I’ve experienced zero dick shrinkage or emotional hypersensitivity so far, so those are both pluses for me.

i started estradiol and bica almost exactly a month ago, and i distinctly remember my first 2 or 3 days being my happiest days of the year. I’m not unhappy now, but it’s leveled out to a more reasonable level. i would imagine its just the satisfaction of finally being set on the road to being our true selves, but it is a very nice feeling <3

also if you aren’t already, get used to wearing bras all the time. i started getting mild nipple chafing about a week ago, exacerbated because my job requires lots of upper body movement, and bras are working wonders for it.

  • part of what i love about orcbarbies’ artstyle and worldbuilding. she makes hella spicy stuff, but it’s consistent within her world, and each race (primarily orcs and goblins) has its own unique gender characteristics. also they’re all hot as fuck.

i wouldn’t really describe the characters as androgynous, but they do stand outside traditional gender norms.

  • It is surprisingly difficult to admit when you were wrong when doing so means you’re severing yourself from the community you’re a part of, and you stand to lose friends, family, or even your own identity from a simple change in ideology or a realization of one’s own mistakes. It’s how cults trap people (because maga is a cult, of sorts,) and it’s how people get trapped in abusive relationships. It’s easier to brush off evidence and morality as lies or whatever when you stand to lose much more than an argument if you admit you’re wrong.

It’s a toxic cycle that maga, like all cults, preys upon. Cognitive dissonance is surprisingly hard to overcome when you have so many voices telling you to remain complacent.

As for it being some grand soul cleansing or whatever, I doubt people would buy it if that’s what they’re trying to portray it as, but it is better than nothing. In my opinion, the more people we have leaving maga and the more we normalize, perhaps even reward overcoming cognitive dissonance, the better.
