This is something ive been struggling with. I cant tell if its cptsd or my adhd which i have diagnosed or if i have autism. Or any combination thereof. I really dont feel comfortable with large crowds and like having things particular but then i also cant keep things clean and my brain goes a million miles an hour.

THIS! I came here to say something like that. I gained a bunch of weight cuz i would eat just for the flavor cuz it was stimulating. I try to watch what i eat now but sometimes i just wanna eat that extra chip cuz its too damn good.

I would upgrade my brain to be able to consciously control all the little automatic stuff. Tell my brain to up the metabolic rate when I want to burn more fat, increase heart rate when exercising, basically to be able to consciously control all functions of my body at will.
