I’m sorry but I myself bought my first property and I’m looking forward to buy a second one (a studio) as we plan to have children, that studio will be rented out for 10+ years. With all due respect, I can’t agree with this. It’s theft when a multi billion company buys home properties and then rents and manipulates the market. Also 300km is indeed almost obstacle free, there’s lots of villages and forests in between but one of the antenna is located on 12th floor of a building in a city. Coverage is not really the issue, even inside the city with all interference, we did manage to establish a proper connection within 3km, one antenna on 4th floor and the other one on the first floor with lots of tall buildings in between. (Worked much better than expected)
