Ja, das ist ziemlich gut. Habe selbst einen Server mit einem Ryzen 2600X laufen, wenn der absolut nichts macht komme ich auf ca. 25W runter, aber mit allen Services und Geräten, die bei mir laufen/dranhängen, komme ich nicht unter 35W.
Wie viel Strom zieht denn der Ryzen im Idle?

Yes it can, though it is easier to set some things up with the built-in addons. Most addons can be set up independently as docker containers (like z2mqtt or node-red) but may require additional configuration.
