C’est souvent une conséquence de la précarité et de la demande, plutôt qu’une cause majeure des problèmes sociaux.
La criminalisation ne fait que déplacer l’activité vers des réseaux encore plus dangereux et stigmatise des personnes déjà fragilisées, sans que ça réduise vraiment la consommation.
La guerre à la drogue n’a jamais fonctionné et c’est très largement reconnu que miser sur la santé publique et la réduction des risques est plus efficace et humain.
À mon avis, ça inclue pas forcément le trafic violent. Je dis ça parce que le travail du sexe, juste après « traffiqueu.se.r.s de drogue, travailleu.se.r.s du sexe, etc. », en principe, c’est une activité non violente
C’est un texte qui vise large déjà et le petit trafic sans violence peut se voir comme une manière de se débrouiller et de survivre dans un système qui offre peu de possibilités
