There needs not be any sort of train-of-thought, other than “Fuck the [derogatory words]”. They use words like “science”, “biology”, and “safety” to cloak their hatred in the appearance of law and order. It’s all a game for them, designed to erase us.

They will absolutely come for the rest of the LGBTQ+ community once we are gone. Obergefell will be next. And unless the establishment democrats grow a spine, or are replaced by progressives that will stand up for us, the steamrolling will continue.

I did not mean that as a slight against you. Could be that this product is BIFL. The craftsmanship in the video seemed to lend itself towards that.

Turns out the wires from those brushes can get stuck into gunk on the grill, that then makes it into the food you are eating. How often might that occur? Don’t know, don’t care to check, as I do not own a grill.

I’m not sure how a new product could be BIFL though.

We rarely eat out anymore. I really like the things that we make at home. We tend to make a large amount of something, then work at it for 3-5 days. Most of it is decently healthy too.

My aunt and uncle got on the weight loss drugs. Last I heard, they still have their regular table at the pub, drinking every night. You see, it’s classy when you start throwing out fancy beer names…even though it is alcohol and pub food that you eat each night.

Sooner or later, the bill comes due.

That’s fair. I was using the term to differentiate between someone who completes an apprenticeship, certificate, or degree program that is required before one can work in certain jobs/professions versus a newspaper ad. An honest days work is work, obviously.

It proves to the world that I was outside, in sunlight, for a period of time. So embarrassing.

I work 3rd shift, and have become nocturnal. I hate that I cannot sleep at night, but this is my life now. The sunlight at noon kind of hurts my eyes now.

Fix it?

Serving is an unskilled position. They should be able to make enough money to cover rent, bills, food, family and transportation…with at least something left over at the end of it that could be saved or used for leisure. In other words, they deserve to make as much as any other worker.

• Take down the order of what I want to eat
• Give that info to the kitchen
• Return with Food
• Ask if the food is good, and if a second round of ordering is needed
• Occasionally recommend the same dish, over and over

There is nothing that a server does that entitles them to a percentage of my bill. I was a server. On the whole, it sucks if you are not a pretty/hot/cute/desirable person.

Tipping in general is theft. Theft from the customer, and wage theft from the worker.
