Yes, with no previous context or warning I would assume the same, but regardless, the notation exists.

Might be. I’ve never seen it used that way, though, I know that some people prefer parentheses around the fraction to the right of integers.
I learned at grade/primary school, it’s useful as a teaching tool for fractions. Although, I do recall using something similar for partial fractions in college.
That said, even Wolframalpha appears to disagree, which I find mildly funny if what you say is true.
No, that’s a way to represent a fraction’s integer part.
Probably the best list imo. I remember picking Radiata Stories up, at random, for my birthday. It blew me away. The story, combat and recruitment mechanic are different from everything else I experienced at the time.
And a few suggestions also:
Def Jam: Fight for NY. Lowkey my favorite fighting game, with 4-players simultaneously beating the crap of each other.
Battle Stadium D.O.N… Fighting/smash bros style game with the biggest jump stars at the time (Dragon Ball, One Piece, Naruto).
Dokapon Kingdom. Board/rpg game with a lot of fun mechanics.
Probably due to wildcard expansion by the shell. Use dot (.) instead of asterisk (*).
That’s rough buddy

There are a bunch of good suggestions already, so I’m gonna say some of my favorites:
- Def jam: Fight for NY (really good 4-player fighting game)
- Digimon Rumble Arena 2 (another 4-player fighting game, similar to Smash Bros)
- D.O.N. (Dragonball, One Piece and Naruto 4-player fighting game, might have to pirate it to play with the english language patch)
- Digimon World 4 (4-player hack’n’slash with rpg elements)
- Radiata Stories (Single player action rpg, with 175 recruitable NPCs)
- The Sims 2 (2-player)
- Final Fantasy X, X-2 ans XII (famous jrpgs)
- Devil May Cry 4: Special Edition (single player hack’n’slash)
