I forgot to mention, I filtered the pear juice with a small mesh colander, so between crushing and filtering it wasn’t grainy at all. Fairly smooth with the egg foam top with it. I used Tanqueray, a London dry gin.

That was a good and very concise video on what’s going on with that space.
Check out the movie, Manos The Hands of Fate, considered on of the worst movies ever, that made for a great MST3K episode. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Manos:_The_Hands_of_Fate
3B on the original SD card still. But I also use log2ram to help reduce writes to the SD card.

That’s unpainted popcorn ceiling. If it was painted it wouldn’t be so easy.

3·1 month agoI put in cork floor in my bathroom about 16 years ago, it’s held up perfectly. And now I need this kick plate mood lighting.
Thanks for the tip. I’ll give that a try next time. My wife liked using a spoon to eat the thick foam, but I’d prefer it to be a bit more drinkable myself.

Television@piefed.social•What TV series bungled a great concept that you'd like to see tried again?
56·2 months agoHeroes. First season was great, if they kept the concept of each season being a be set of people with special powers they could have made endless seasons and stories.

Ask Lemmy@lemmy.world•Has Trick-or-Treating died in your area, and what is to blame?
54·2 months agoFor my neighborhood it was the busiest I’ve ever seen it in 17 years. A lot of home made costumes, even teenagers dressing up and getting in on the action with the gaggles of little kids. A few houses even did mini haunted houses in the front yards and garages. A lot of other houses had people chilling in the driveways with a small fire going. It was in the 50s (F) so not particularly warm either… I’m in a lower to middle class area, no HOA neighborhood so people do what they want with decorating and it’s great.
This is good news it performed as expected under load in the heat.
