I am actually in the process of setting up my own navidrome server on my proxmox host running on my old desktop hardware.
I was initially inspired by the following post and am very excited to get rid of Spotify.
I have not yet looked into it.
I will vote in favour if:
- The E-ID platform is controlled by the government and is fully open source
- Platforms only get a single binary information for age verification if the person is old enough or not and does not get any identifiable information.
- The government platform does not get any info about what service is doing the request. So the government controlled ID platform cant log what service the person uses.
If any of these points are not fulfilled with the planned implementation I will have to weigh the risks.
I run IPFire on a PC Engines apu4d4 (https://pcengines.ch/apu4d4.htm). I use dynDNS, WireGuard and set up a DMZ with it. I also have a WiFi card installed und use hostAPD to run that.
I think they stopped producing them because the AMD SOC they used is EOL. I was a big fan of their open platform.

You Should Know@lemmy.world•YSK that despite being outside of US jurisdiction, Lego has dropped diversity and inclusion terminology from its annual report
1·5 months agoI haven’t built a lot of non LEGO sets but the Pantasy set I recently built was phenomenal. It was the retro computer I got as a gift.
