I’d recommend the Acquired podcast. I believe both hosts do their own independent research, and it shows. They know their stuff.

Lots of excellent episodes but the Costco, Trader Joe’s and Epic Systems (MyChart) episodes are particularly fascinating to me.

Chevy Bolts and BMW i3s are worth a look as well.

Reminds me of the Telo truck

We just spent a week in Flagstaff, AZ and had a great time. We spent our time waking around downtown trying a bunch of excellent restaurants and local coffee joints. It’s just a cool little town.

One of our days we made the couple hour drive to the Grand Canyon, which is obviously highly recommended. Bonus: if the Govt is still shutdown, you’ll probably get into the park free like we did.

It looks like Amtrak’s Southwest Chief will take you the whole way.

Happily surprised to not see USAA on this list.

OMG, a genius you are! I run Mullvad VPN occasionally, but somehow, even though it’s not set to launch on startup, it activated “Lockdown mode” on its own. I fired up the VPN and everything works! Turned off lockdown mode and disconnected the VPN and all is back to normal.
