Really felt like the players were playing expecting a loss. Odds were definitely against us given the lineup, but that has not really been an issue in years prior. Again, the link-up between players is a glaring weak point, so many balls given away cheaply. If we don’t win against villa… oof

Seeing 7 players sprinting from midfield into the box around the 65th minute made me think: “what the hell are our tactics”. We have incredible attacking talent but there needs to be more of a framework installed around them. Way too reliant on individual greatness at the moment.

Absolutely insane transfer window. The start of something special. Very excited to see this man in action

Performance from us was very mid, I feel like we have lots to improve in terms of team chemistry. Flashes of brilliance got us there. Newcastle played great. Nowhere to go but up
