It is not unfortunate, it is a strategic win by Larian. BG3 was actually supposed to come very late, but Larian released it early after learning about Starfield’s release date.

It sometimes does. But not in this case.

Controversial - the place to discuss controversial topics@sh.itjust.works•What is your most controversial opinion?English
2·2 years agoIs the controversial part of this opinion the fact that it’s not controversial at all so that it will create a discussion based on its controversy?
I think Garfield should be digesting them, giving the character.
Depends. I’d say racism is a great box to put people into.

1·2 years agoOn average, yeah. Some of them are actually pretty bullshit. But I would say 2 expansions a year becoming a norm across all platforms; trading card games, paradox interactive games etc.

Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•People around the world, do you drink tap water without boiling?English
3·2 years agoVenice: we filter it first via some cheal filters. It is very common to own a water mug with a filter embedded here.
Paris: directly from the tap water, though I don’t like the taste.

11·2 years agoWell, let us assume that there is an instance X that specifically ban any instance that contains historical stuff about Holocaust and how bad it was. The instance X may not contain any Nazi propaganda, but you know that they are Nazi. Would you ban them or not?

Patient Gamers@sh.itjust.works•a list of games "Ahead of their time" (Beehaw)
13·2 years agoDeus Ex. I think it’s not just ahead of its time, it’s ahead of today’s time. Games are being more and more streamlined every day, and I can’t find any game with that amount of freedom anymore.
I know this is a humor subreddit and this is a joke, but this problem wasted a huge week of mine since I was dealing with absurdly small numbers in my simulations. Use fsum from math library in Python to solve this people.

You cannot like it, it’s already gone.
