I made a huge mistake

I hate big corporations as next guy, but 80-90% of video games sales today are digital sales. See sources below. To me it seems like an example of people preaching one thing, that they want physical media, and the vast majority silently doing the opposite, because it’s more convenient. Isn’t this at least partly our own fault?
