Nice. I would suggest:
- Add more honey or syrup. You can apply honey several times throughout the cooking
- Add more charring by cooking in very high heat the last 10 minutes

Back in 2012, I had the very first Google Nexus Tablet called the Nexus 7. It became extremely slow after a few months that it was unusable. Turned out it was a widespread issue. It was a design flaw that could not be fixed via software update:

Two decades later, Google still release defective hardware without proper testing during the design phase.
