7·3 years agoThere was a lot of backlash a week or two ago when Mullvad announced that they would stop supporting port forwarding, as it seems like many people who were using Mullvad for torrenting were doing so because of the support for port forwarding. I’m still using Mullvad even though I don’t port forward, but most of my torrenting is done through a separate seedbox.

7·3 years agoFirst time doing anything fediverse related. It took a while to wrap my head around it, but all the reddit drama is helping since people are trying to encourage others to move over and are offering guides/explanations.

It’s one of the downsides of the reddit reckoning: there are so many different fediverse communities/sites now that existing subreddit communities have been split across different sites.
