1·2 years agoWhat should I expect for a “memes” community? A post about irrelevant politic bs with no proofs but just woke shit? No thanks.

Technology@lemmy.world•LocalSend - Share files to nearby devicesEnglish
1·2 years agoIt’s about webrtc, which the support on Firefox is even more poor.
It does work over network, so you don’t need any physical connection apart from being in the same network. Therefore, it’s easier, faster, less complicated, and more.

Technology@lemmy.world•Are you going to try Meta's Threads?English
3·3 years agoWell, the false happiness is kinda expected as it’s a “Instagram App”.
The clash between typical Instagram users and Twitter users who go there is going to be fun.

Technology@lemmy.world•Are you going to try Meta's Threads?English
7·3 years agoIt’s totally okay to say ‘yes’, that’s called freedom, we are not a cult lol. Some of my friends are going to use it as well :)

5·3 years agoI hope that there would be alternative servers/apps for federating with the main server, then it may worth a try. However I doubt that Meta would make it that easy.

Upset? I’m just explaining what happened, learn to read.
