I really enjoyed halo infinity. They also can’t take away the thousands of hours i played in LAN parties and xbox live. It is sad that it is no longer the best party fps anymore, split screen is gone, and it is homogenized with every othet shooter since 2007.
Typical Amazon undersells everyone else to remove competition. Then after everyone has gone under reminds you it is a terrible idea. Hopefully we see businesses get burnt more and determine it is better to self host, or even better yet not need half their services on “the cloud” anyways.

There was no exit plan, the individuals just kept racking up college debt. Debt collectors cannot come to collect the debt if you are still in college, and the college doesn’t care they are still getting the loan money. They were professional students and they “beat” the system.
I had a friend who worked at a call center to harass people about student loans. They said that one the job was great because one they learned about loop holes to defer loans for as long as possible, and two they had found out about professional students that just kept going to school and didnt have to pay their loans because they would just stay another semester and live off the college loans. If you are in the US, a single person, and were never going to save for retirement anyways… it was doable 15 years ago.
2007 was about as good as it ever got anyone who says otherwise wasn’t there. COD4 having perks was revolutionary for console shooters, TF2 is still played on PC, Mass Effect is dope as hell, and Halo 3 was the last good Halo game. Until I guess reach idk shooters preference.
I bought a digital movie from Amazon prime in 2015. It fell off and they didnt give me a refund. The music I got from a burnt CD in 2004 is still on the C: drive of my current PC. I don’t think it pays to do the right thing in the long run.

Companies killing forums and communities by choice or apathy is so disheartening. They have so much control over what we see and talk about everyday, and they can even just turn the community off by providing poor service.
It worked for Google. They corraled a majority of the internet into providing them add revenue. Google maps, Gmail, google search engine, youtube… all just more ways for them to scrape your data and serve you adds. Investors are hedging their bets on what could replace google as the information monopoly of the future.
New Hampshire doesn’t require seat belts on anyone over 18. They actually sell seat belt male ends to insert into the female end to keep the car from chiming at the driver. I was surprised when someone got into my car annoyed about wearing a belt, they were from New Hamphire.
That probably wasn’t enough to make up for what the Red Guard did to their cultural heritage.
I grew up on an American farm and I cannot comprehend the suburbs. Grass just grows, it was there before developers bull dozed whatever forest / farm / wetland was already there to install impossible to walk cul-de-sacs everywhere. Less massive yards and more public parks would be better for everyone.
