

If our governments always choose the lowest bidder who fills out the RFP with right words, we’re always going to get lowballers who change request the project into oblivion. And then if the management style focuses more on making sure people are in the office (so nearby crony businesses can optimize their profits, and incompetent managers can think they’re in control) instead of focusing on streamlining and effectively running the delivery processes, it is inevitable projects will be late, incorrect, and over budget.


And these people are allowed to make policy decisions?! They shouldn’t even be allowed to drive.
