Killing fish is not necessary like you said. I understand there is negative effects but that’s not really related to my comment nor the article.

Another positive outcome

Animals aren’t inanimate objects to be rented
Our fields are growing corn to burn as biofuel which delivers much less energy than a solar panel
Cheese relies on paying thugs to take it from (recently) pregnant cows

Someone tied up with a fancy rope is still tied up

Taxing the rich creates jobs apparently

The first biggest driver of deforestation is animal agriculture. We could literally just choose to not eat animals and deforestation would be a thing of the past as we’d need 75% less land.

Do those centralized Tor people also need 1m per year (which is Sessions donation goal), otherwise they shut the whole thing down?

Oh yea not denying that they need servers. But do they really need to rent them from Google and Amazon instead of hosting their own? Seems like pretty poor use of donations.

Their top 6 earners all get more than half a million per year and all of their infrastructure is hosted on Amazon and Google servers so it’s not really “signal” that’s expensive.

I do that too with fresh ones but these were frozen which makes cutting them a hassle.

But I like the oil

Wow “animal feeding operations”… Really trying to make it sound like owning animals to make profit from their corpses is somehow philanthropy

Even if your flesh isn’t shipped from there, the feed for the animals you kill will have been.
Unless those shops sell flesh, Jesus’s words don’t really apply to that. He called the priests who practiced slaughter for money “violent robbers”
Healthier? Not for the fish.
