Unironically BPI. I’ve been banking with them for 10+ years - bilang lang ang unannounced downtime. And even though mas gusto ko pa yung old BPI app, the new BPI app is still better than most banking apps. Maganda rin kausap CS nila in my experience and kung nakilala mo na BM or RM if Preferred ka, mas madali na magbank sa kanila.
