Clearly billionaires are not aligned with human goals. Every warning about unfriendly AI pursuing unhuman goals at the expense of humanity and life on Earth is applicable to corporations, who have the unhuman goal of maximising profit for shareholders.
Like, what if an unfriendly AI decided to burn all the fossil fuels to optimise rapid energy production even if it would destroy the climate and lead to a global famine? What if that?
