You’re right. People don’t use the system properly, but that’s how a lot of people do it is what I was saying. I can see how that would grind your gears (pun somewhat intended) as a machinist, since specs and tolerances are especially important in your line of work as I understand it

A lot of times it’s based on precision. Kinda makes sense to say 1,000 mm if the spec is +/- a mm or 2 imo
Where would you suggest as an alternative?
It looks like they average the daily load for each month. There is only one data point per month. So each January has a lower average daily load than the previous December. The data isn’t continuous but the lines connecting the points make it seem like it is. It’s a poor graphic and should use dots or bars for each data point to be more clear.

Ok thanks

Or bad necessarily. From my understanding nicotine is similar to caffeine in that regard. The harm is in the other stuff you’re pumping into your lungs
True. He’s my favorite character in the show. I guess I should’ve said similarly pedantic or something like that.
He’s also hilarious in Silicon Valley. He plays a similar character

Wow, I thought weird had already been reappropriated by us oddballs. From reading through this thread, it seems like that’s not the case. So I just wanna say, keep on keeping on fellow weirdos. Keep life weird

I hadn’t played since Civ 3 until I saw this one in the Netflix apps. So steam link is a no go for me. I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the Netflix game. Still would not recommend getting a subscription to them just for games tho
