Yep, I didn’t notice a huge difference between All Clad D5 and copper core to be honest. Certainly nothing big enough to justify the cost. The size of the hob matters more than the heat conduction of the cookware itself.
Heat retention is true but when it comes to evenness of heat distribution cast irons are not great. I remember trying out different pots and pans when I first got an induction hob with a FLIR camera and being really surprised.
Back when I was using android, you could swipe down with two fingers to get right to the settings
I’m an iOS user but stock android is the only one that’s any good in my view. There’s no reason that notifications should pull down over the current view but control center should float on top of it. It’s weirdly inconsistent. Also pretty much everything about notifications on Android is better, which is a shame since it’s pretty core to the user experience.

They could offload the processing to a device that does. They currently do this for personal requests. Putting 8 gigabytes of RAM in a smart speaker is a bit silly.

8·2 years agoThe best piece of software I’ve ever used, which also happens to be an excellent todo list is org-mode. It has a very steep learning curve, but it is obscenely flexible.

That presumes that NATO will continue to be an effective deterrent. I’m not convinced that’s the case in the coming years.
