My son was going to switch to Linux this week. He has a GTX 1060.
That’s not taxes dude. VAT is 25% not 200%.
It’s not what we are doing, it’s what this company is doing to us.
In Europe, The most expensive version of the Pinephone is €600 and the cheaper is €350: https://pine64eu.com/product-category/devices/smartphones/. Plus they are both out of stock.
I’m interested in this. Especially at that price point. I didn’t see any photos of device though.

My opinion is that you are right. I switched to C from an OOP and C# background, and it has made me a happier person.

Just buy music, for instance flacs on: https://www.qobuz.com/shop
Then use a local player. Might I recommend: https://github.com/ravachol/kew

Yeah I really hope they wont ask termux packages or apps installed through termux to also be verified. Termux is on the play store but it’s not the real version. Termux devs have the actual version sideloaded.

How does this affect termux? Is it going to die or is it only going to be able to have packages that are from registered developers?

I don’t like the (reverse) notification timeout progress bar that’s at the top of all my notifications now. Anyone know how to disable that?
Yes I do : https://ko-fi.com/ravachol. Thank you so much!
It’s a music player for POSIX terminals that you can find on Linux, macOS and FreeBSD.
It looks like this:
Hey, thanks, appreciate it.
I develop kew (a terminal music player), so I’m biased, but I started kew because I rejected Spotify many years ago.
I think that kew (or other private/offline music players) together with flacs from Qobuz are actually a great alternative to Spotify. Throw in some Bandcamp albums in there for great justice. Once you have a decent collection, you will feel liberated.
I especially think that Qobuz needs more exposure.
Nice, maybe bazzite it is then.
