Don’t forget that the north has sold most of their artillery stock piles off to Russia and sent many of their troops to Ukraine. A huge part of their position was having that massive artillery stockpile aimed at Seoul. They are in a much weaker position, militarily, and much more stable with the building materials, food, and cars they’ve received in return.
The long-term outlook isn’t very good, but for now there is less of a need for military presence and war preparation on the peninsula.

Bro, what strawman are you debating? Literally if the Local group you’re interested in is hosted on Facebook, and there’s no replacement available, then, at least in the short term, it is, by definition, irreplaceable.
Example: There’s a local mountain biking group. They exclusively interact and coordinate through a Facebook page. If I want to interact and ride with them, I have to go to Facebook. Plenty of groups set up all their stuff on Facebook, and it’s not really possible to get them all to move platforms as much as we would want them to.
That’s the spirit of what OP is saying. If the thing is on Facebook, and you want to do the thing, you have to go to Facebook.

Back of the envelope it’s about 10^17 seconds, which works out a few billion years. He drew it with some wiggle area, so anywhere from hundreds of millions to several billions which covers the range of plate tectonics and the Earth being consumed by the sun.

Some places you don’t have to. Here, a stop sign is a yield for bikes, and a red light is a stop sign, legally. It works really well imo.
