As always, follow the money. Those in power want more and more money and in order to do so they need to control the population. If there is one remaining social aggregate that can foster sentiment against them, they will come down hard on it. Reddit became a corporation like Facebook and then now they want to add Reddit to the list of social aggregates they control.

Are there more than one adaptation? I know about the David Lynch but haven’t been paying attention since then. So I don’t know which one is good.

Honestly, yes. I don’t want to support what the owners of Reddit are doing. A lot of people are not going to leave there though until the place is completely radioactive though.

The alt-right is having a great time right now on Reddit. Tons of their posts from r/conservative on the front page.

I always found it on Reddit, the politics subreddit was full of people who may have despised the alt right but they were at least willing to let them speak. On the conservative subreddit, however, they would ban you for stepping 1 in out of their echo chamber. Let’s leave the conservative echo chamber to itself.
