Yes. I’ve started seeing more content online in an European context as well pushing an age war perspective. Need to start countering it.
Sure populations are aging here but the poorly worded economic arguments infuriate. I could even say… They have no class.

8·14 days agoGood! I first read this as them refusing “new age”- verification laws. I guess that works too.
These articles are always a joy, not just because they always load and display nicely. Even if I’m not in the field myself, this one was helpful even to a technical level, diagnosed the larger issue and showcased it well, well worth sharing to many people.
I only wonder how all this dark design on the web interacts with accessibility.
Listening to the personal financial issues of people much wealthier than you is just the worst. I hate how this can distance me from some of my friends even.

While infuriating, I love Lemmy and actually posting sources.
On topic, I don’t know how to feel because I value academic freedom but at the same time I just ask Why? Didn’t anyone think about it beforehand? Reading their apology was joyful. Can’t imagine how they felt.
And why would they retract it too? Isn’t only an apology correct for their purpose? Sigh.







I mean might as well be me. Most people have more to lose. Just shame about the serial part of the killer.
