I am experiencing a similar feeling in a different setting. We bought an old house in a tiny village. Me and my wife we both love nature and moved out of the city into a forgotten place. In the oast few years this place became popular and now more and more people are buying land and building houses here. I get why they do it, i did it too. Its beautiful here. But i just dont want them here. Soon this place will be another rowded popular mountain spot. I hate to think about it. I want it to remain calm.

That is very USA centric, so I dont know the background enough there. The argument i am trying to make is against the “there is no justification” part of your statement. A similar statement would be there is no justification to kill anybody ever. Sounds all good and valid, until shit hits the fan properly. If you read my question as “killing civillians is fine” then that is an incorrect interpretation.

I think it’s a good idea. People are more likely to cooperate and take advice from people who don’t call them names. Although i understand that “normie” was not meant as an insult. But it might be perceived that way.

I recently moved somewhere where i dont know anybody. And this makes me sometimes feel lonely. I hope I meet some locals that i could be friends with. Had no luck so far. But I am also a shy and introverted person so making friends is hard for me.

Every bench, childrens playground, large tree, powerlines, POI, bike trail, crosscountry skiing.
