You can’t build public toilets every 50m and make sure it stays clean. Anything further than 50m and a drunk person will just piss to the next wall/bush/corner as they can’t be bothered with finding a proper restroom in many cases. Its not as simple as you make it out to be.

Warning to anyone that thinks about using an external service to sync/back up images. Immich is NOT encrypted. You trust these people to respect your privacy and not get hacked, or you would have to just not care. Ente or Zeitkapsel are fully encrypted and decent alternatives you do not have to host yourself. I personally will self-host but I will never ever trust someone with my private pictures from my camera roll.

Ecosia is actively developing their own search index together with Qwant. They are rolling out French and German results this year actually. AFAIK only like Mojeek and like Swisscow have their own search index (as well as Brave which is US based). But their current search results aren’t really that great which is why I will stick to Qwant.

I also don’t fully trust Brave because of their whole crypto involvement but their search engine is pretty good from experience and definitely much better in terms of privacy than google.

I think its easier to switch from generally that to LibreOffice, but the company driving OnlyOffice is russian so I’d prefer a community driven project like LibreOffice tbh.
