It sure is a start. He cares for you, but he’s still worried you might regret a carefully planned decision you slowly came to terms with before telling him… Tell him you appreciate the support, and guide him as much as you can. :)

I too am in the process of getting a diagnosis. As for my meltdowns, I have two phases: Muting myself, or cussing everyone out loud, while I try to internalize the feeling of crying.

Yeah… Unfortunately that fight on the word fascists ruined a lot of countries and it still does. Take for example Romanian elections.
