I know Quark also was also Nagus but that was only for a scheme.
ETA: Rom also single handedly held back the entire Dominion fleet, which was pivotal in the Dominion War.

I like to think they built statues of him on Bajor, but I mostly skipped the mirror universe episodes.
Isn’t that just Garak? I mean he’ll use the house sitting job as cover to assasinate two people and then randomly rescue a third on a random pang of sympathy but he will water your plants and feed your dog.
