You can re-lock the bootloader and they can’t tell that it was ever unlocked

Custom launchers and icon packs should work on any android version
Most should work you just risk adding an extra place someone can attack your phone so give a good vetting to any custom additions.

I couldn’t find any user reports, but CalyxOS for the Pixel Fold is currently in beta. They say that everything should be working, though.

As an old fart, did they solve tap and pay in custom roms? That was why I gave them up way back in the day .
It’s the same old cat and mouse game, except instead of SafetyNet it’s named Play Integrity, and Samsung still has that irrecoverable e-fuse BS they have going on.
