What is it?
The first hash tag suggests you will never be able to guess - the second one tells you what it isn’t as a hint. ;)
It looks like Seitan. At least that’s what my seitan looked like when I made some once.

Y’know… It looks simple. It’s not fancy, it’s not super duper well presented, it’s not covered in side dishes that tie the whole thing together… It’s… Humble, and I’d eat that with the biggest smile on my face!

It looks more like schnitzel than steak and it doesn’t even look that much like schnitzel
