I hate it. And this is the right place to rant about it, right? I don’t mind people confusing your and you’re, or then for than, but when I read “seperate” my eyes cringe. It’s painful.

I’ve never heard any difference in how people pronounce that word. Can you make it more explicit? Recordings perhaps?
Sep-er-ate vs sep-ret
Sep-ret as the adjective, sep-a-rate as the verb? That’s how it’s said where I am.
If it weren’t for spellcheck, I’d definitely make this mistake.
