If my limited research has anything to say about this it’s that stores are marking up the price for there own gain… it’s basiclly up to them to stop supplying to these stores… nothing stops them from doing so otherwise

I don’t have a source on this, but I do remember seeing a Lemmy post a week or two ago claiming that there was an announcement by Arizona that the price would increase because of increased cost of goods (50% on the materials for the can, and up to 20% on the actual ingredients). This is on top of the gouging that has been happening for years.

Mar a lago is an even easier target, no one in Florida would bat an eye at someone walking around with a Stinger missile launcher.
