This transphobic hysteria is going to get out of control to the point where even cis women who happen to look or sound too “masculine” are going to be constantly subjected to unfair scrutiny about their sex, gender identity, and genitalia. We’ve seen it happen already. It opens so many avenues for abuse and discrimination.

There’s always been some of that. I’m a gender - nonconforming AFAB lesbian and have had other women report me for being in the wrong bathroom at various points in my life.
It’s fucking stupid, and my heart goes out to all the Trans sisters out there.
What supreme court decision are they talking about, and how could they be legally punished by continuing to accept trans girls? Also, will they be accepting trans men as they believe they are “women”?
